Hi, come in. This is where I share the full stories behind the sessions, and if you read enough of them, you'll start to notice something: a lot of the same names keep showing up. Engagements turn into weddings turn into maternity sessions turn into family photos with three kids and a dog. After fifteen years of this work, my favorite thing is that I rarely get to say goodbye to anyone. I just get to see them again in a new chapter. These are those chapters.

Jess and Tracy got married at McMenamins Cornelius Pass Roadhouse on a bright, joyful day filled with a hallway ceremony, a Brandi Carlile processional, brunch catered by McMenamins, Voodoo Doughnut desserts, and enough kids to take down their photographer in a full dogpile. Monika and Jake's Portland wedding was rooted in family, heritage, and a love that has only grown stronger since — Monika is officially cancer free after sixteen rounds of chemo and two surgeries, and she has always looked exactly like someone who was going to make it through.
