Hi, come in. This is where I share the full stories behind the sessions, and if you read enough of them, you'll start to notice something: a lot of the same names keep showing up. Engagements turn into weddings turn into maternity sessions turn into family photos with three kids and a dog. After fifteen years of this work, my favorite thing is that I rarely get to say goodbye to anyone. I just get to see them again in a new chapter. These are those chapters.

Willamette Valley Vineyard Wedding at La Belle Promenade | Oregon
Tyson and Heather were married at La Belle Promenade Vineyard — Flâneur Wines' estate in Oregon's Chehalem Mountains, one of just six weddings hosted there each year. A sun-soaked outdoor ceremony beneath an ancient oak tree, family gathered in prayer around them, dinner by Red Hills Market, a first dance at golden hour with the Willamette Valley stretching out behind them. Oregon wine country at its absolute finest.

Kelsey and Jesse got married on a misty autumn day at Parrett Mountain Cellars in the Oregon wine country — a small, intimate ceremony on the lawn beneath tall firs, portraits winding through the forest paths, and a warm reception in the tasting room with Willamette Valley wine poured all evening. It was quiet, intentional, and completely lovely.

We had Portland adventures, a trip to Belize, and years of friendship that brought us here — a vineyard on her family property in Napa Valley at golden hour, bubbles floating through the light, a lace gown that caught every ray of it, and the most perfectly herself bride I've ever had the honor of photographing. This one meant everything.
Krista & Patrick's Wedding at Bella Terra Vineyards, Pennsylvania
Some weddings make you want to hop on a plane. Krista and Patrick's was one of them. A vineyard in Pennsylvania, a dog named Cleo, a bridal party full of people who clearly know how to have a good time, and a dance party that had everyone's shoes off by the end of the night. I flew across the country for this one, and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Nobody Puts Damien in a Corner | Shelby + Damien's Engagement at Marchesi Vineyards
I met Shelby at her sister Steffanie's wedding years ago, and somewhere between that day and this one we became chosen family. When it was time to photograph Shelby's own engagement session, there was nowhere else I wanted to be. We went to the vineyards, we went to the waterfront, and then we recreated the Dirty Dancing lift. Gender swapped. And yes, it worked.
