Hi, come in. This is where I share the full stories behind the sessions, and if you read enough of them, you'll start to notice something: a lot of the same names keep showing up. Engagements turn into weddings turn into maternity sessions turn into family photos with three kids and a dog. After fifteen years of this work, my favorite thing is that I rarely get to say goodbye to anyone. I just get to see them again in a new chapter. These are those chapters.

A Sunny Day in March | An Intimate Wedding at Opal 28 | Portland, Oregon
Portland in March doesn't usually look like this — sunny skies, a private patio in the warmth, and a pale blue dress catching the afternoon light. Bill and Eve's intimate wedding at Opal 28 was warm, thoughtful, and full of the kind of details that stay with you — including custom ceramic dumpling chopstick holders with tiny painted faces, every single one unique. The city showed up for them. So did everyone else.
An Intimate Wedding at Salish Lodge & Spa | Snoqualmie Falls, Washington
A small circle of loved ones, a lace dress with pockets, and the roar of Snoqualmie Falls as the ceremony soundtrack. Rachel and Andrew's intimate wedding at the Hidden Terrace at Salish Lodge & Spa was quiet, beautiful, and completely everything it needed to be. Lindsay and Erin's Wisconsin Rapids wedding was full of the kind of details that make you stop mid-shoot and just feel it for a second.
Making It Official | A Wedding at Grand Island Mansion | Walnut Grove, California
Jessy and Anna have been together for years — and when they finally decided to make it official, they did it right. A stunning Filipino lesbian wedding at the Grand Island Mansion in Walnut Grove, California — lush gardens, cascading fountains, extraordinary florals, and a dance floor full of people who had been waiting a long time to celebrate these two. Worth every single second of the wait.
Natural Light & Vintage Velvet | A Wedding at The Lincoln Loft | Watertown, New York
A light-filled boho ceremony, a vintage velvet couch, couples portraits on the streets of downtown Watertown, and hangover kits that said but did you die? Samantha and Jason's wedding at The Lincoln Loft was warm, thoughtful, full of personality, and exactly the kind of day that reminds you why the details matter.
A Little Church Wedding at Savage Memorial Presbyterian | Portland, Oregon
A historic little church chosen for its family history, a beautiful fall day in Portland, and a ceremony that felt intimate and rooted and exactly right. Kelsey and Steven's wedding at Savage Memorial Presbyterian was simple in the best possible way — two people, the people they love, and a place that already meant something.
A Farm Wedding in Bryant, Indiana | A Fall Day in the Fields
A corgi in the getting-ready room, a bride who arrived on her father's fire truck, golden Indiana fields at sunset, and a white tent full of people who came ready to dance. Peyton and Jerrad's fall farm wedding in Bryant, Indiana was warm, joyful, and exactly what a wedding at the farm should be.
A Mountain Top Wedding at Catamount Mountain Resort | The Berkshires, New York
Every guest rode a ski lift to the top of the mountain. The ceremony happened at the summit with Berkshire views in every direction. And then the bride and groom ziplined down to their reception. Jeff and Laura's wedding at Catamount Mountain Resort was the most adventurous, joyful, completely unhinged in the best way wedding day I have ever had the privilege of photographing. The air guitars were just the cherry on top.
A Wedding at the Fremont Foundry | Seattle, Washington
A rooftop wedding ceremony at the Fremont Foundry in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood — sweeping city views, a sky-lit atrium, late night dancing, and a love story that started in South Korea. Kristen and Brian's wedding was industrial, warm, joyful, and completely unforgettable from the rooftop to the dance floor.
A Rustic Wedding at Machias Meadows | Snohomish, Washington
A red barn, a field of Scotland Highland cattle, thirty acres of Pacific Northwest property, and a bridal party that came ready to celebrate. RheShaun and Sarah's wedding at Machias Meadows in Snohomish was rowdy, warm, beautiful, and exactly the kind of day that reminds you why rustic venues done right are absolutely unbeatable.
A Wedding at Mt. Hood Meadows | Mt. Hood, Oregon
Some days the mountain is out and the whole world feels like it was built for exactly this moment. Jason and Ploy's wedding at Mt. Hood Meadows was one of those days — a radiant bride, Mt. Hood doing its most majestic thing, and an old college friend officiating the ceremony who I hadn't seen in years. The mountain delivered. So did everyone else.
A Sparkly Vineyard Wedding in Napa Valley | A Family Property Wedding | California
I met Lily when I was seventeen years old. We had Portland adventures, a trip to Belize, and years of friendship that brought us here — a vineyard on her family property in Napa Valley at golden hour, bubbles floating through the light, a lace gown that caught every ray of it, and the most perfectly herself bride I've ever had the honor of photographing. This one meant everything.
A Wedding on the Oregon Coast | Inn at Spanish Head | Lincoln City, Oregon
Nearly twenty years ago I shared a tiny dorm apartment with some of the most remarkable women I've ever known. One by one I've photographed each of their weddings. Terralyn was there for all of them — and before she even found her person, she told me I'd be her photographer when the day came. That day came. And it was everything.
Australia meets Oregon - Two Hemispheres, One Orchard | A Hood River Wedding at Mt. View Orchards
Two people who flew from Australia to Oregon to get married in an apple orchard under the shadow of Mt. Hood — with a party bus, karaoke, Voodoo Donuts, and an after-party that turned into a full-on concert. Shelby and Damien's Hood River wedding was chaotic, joyful, and completely unforgettable. Some weddings you photograph. Some you live.
From BottleRock to the Altar | A Wine-loving Napa Valley Wedding at The Mansion
A backyard ceremony, a Napa trolley ride, and an after party at one of the valley's most exclusive spots — complete with a live band, a legendary pool table, and a whole lot of joy. Greg and Mikayla's Napa Valley wedding was the kind of evening you don't forget.
A Love Worth Celebrating | Finn & Jay's EnGAYgement Session | Cathedral Park, Portland
Finn and Jay coined their session the enGAYgement session and honestly it's the best thing I've heard all year. We met at Cathedral Park under the St. Johns Bridge for a relaxed portrait session before their wedding day — good light, great energy, and two people who are just really happy together. Cannot wait for the wedding.
A Fantasy, Fairytale Wedding in South Bend, Washington
Capes, crowns, a ring bearer in a full bear costume, and two voice actors who found each other by following their passion for all things fantasy and nerd. Tiana and Kas's wedding at the Willapa Harbor Community Center in South Bend, Washington was the kind of fairy tale you couldn't make up — and I wouldn't have changed a single thing about it.
Backyard Wedding in Bend, Oregon with a Scottish Flair
A full-circle moment, a multicultural celebration, a groom in a kilt, rumplemint shots, a glittery outfit change, and a dance floor that absolutely did not survive the night. Ronnekia and Tyler's Bend, Oregon wedding was everything — and getting to be there for it was one of the greatest honors of my career.
